As long as I can remember I have always struggled with getting up for work in the morning. No matter how many hours sleep I have my motivation to get out of bed and participate in the daily grind that we call work is never there; unless I have the day off then I am fine with getting up haha.
As one of my girl friends puts it my body is in an uncaffinated state. It’s not until I get to the office and have that first cup of coffee am I truly up and away. I know I am not the only one! But apparently my two cups of takeaway coffee that have become a part of my daily routine are now costing me more than my annual electricity bill.
According to an article in today’s Body and Soul section of the Daily Telegraph my little luxury of enjoying a takeaway coffee in the morning and after lunch is on average costing me $800, and that’s not even taking into consideration the days I ask for a jumbo, Venti or extra large for that extra kick. Yikes!! So I am starting to way up my options of just splashing out and buying a decent espresso machine for my kitchen.
